Indicator to plot New High & New Low with respect to Volume

Hello Do we an indicator which plots New High & New Low for each bar with a condition of Volume based on previous bar (Intraday) Example Bar 1 Hi 100 Low 98 Volume 100 Bar 2 Hi 99 Low 97 Volume 200 So indicator (Market Analyzer or maybe plots on chart itself) should display - New Low with Higher Volume Later Bar 3 is compared to Bar 2 & so on... Is this possible Pls help Thanks.
