RTY Replay Data Download

Yes, it's a tar.gz so at the end you have to copy the .nrd files in the replay directory.
Use 7Zip for example.

I used the 7Zip on the .tar download, it created RTY.tar.gz, which is 2.08GB. Do I copy this file to the replay directory? I don't see .nrd files or are they inside .tar.gz?

No, the .nrd files are in the tar.gz:
1/ open RTY.tar.gz with 7Zip: you'll see a .tar file.
2/ open RTY.tar with 7Zip: you'll see a bunch of .nrd files
3/ copy these .nrd files in the replay directory
