Hello,

At this time, SEPA is only available for incoming transfers.

We are currently exploring updates to our processes to allow SEPA for outgoing transfers as well and will provide updates on that as soon as feasible.

Thank you.

@NinjaTrader

Hello

A further two months on from your last post regarding SEPA for withdrawals.

It's been 6-7 months since the question was first asked in post 421 in January.

Presumably there's still no progress on SEPA for withdrawals. ?

Many thanks

Indeed.

It makes little sense that a process can facilitate payments only one way.....to make deposits via SEPA into an NT a/c but not be able to make a withdrawal from same a/c back from where it came.

Regardless. The £50 per wire fee in this day and age is extreme to say the least considering it's basically all just button pushing and may well not even be that if it's all automated.

Hello,

As a result of some internal changes, we would like to announce that we have reduced the fee for international wire transfers to 30 units to match our US wire transfer fee.

More details can be found here.

For additional information, please feel free to contact our Client Services team.

Thank you.

I guess its "moving in the right direction" but it's still about a 500 % mark up to around a £6 SEPA withdrawal fee.

@NinjaTrader

Regarding transfers from Wise to a NT account detailed in this link, am I correct to say that as with SEPA, using Wise only allows deposit in to a NT account and cannot be used for withdrawals.

In the last year I've had several occasions where I've created my own alert sound files with some websites on the web that do text to .WAV file generation. Some files work fine and others won't play in NT despite playing fine with Windows media player. Unfortunately, I've not taken note of which of the sites generated files that work and which don't. There is some aspect of .WAV file encoding that is required for NT to play the sounds that not all converters use.

So, can someone point me to a website or tool that will do text to .WAV file conversion that generates files that work in NT?

Thanks!

Hi Ray and Team,

I have been using the web platform since the launch of the new website a few months ago. I have to say that I like it a lot and it fits my needs a lot better than the PC platform. (no lags, easier to trade on the road, less hardware requirements)

However I want to state a couple things that are very disheartening.
- While I find support staff for Ninjatrader PC platform and forum members always ready to help, It is not the case with the web platform. There support forums for the web platforms are not helfull at all. I was even told to write one of my cases on the tradovate forum. And tradovate support forum is like a ghost town where the only thing you can find are new users asking for help or old promises from some years ago to incorporate new features into the platform.
- It would be great if you can assign some specialized programmers to support users in the creation of new custom community indicators.
- to be specific i currently need adding a sound alert to an existing indicator that I shared to the community
- also would like to see progress by someone creating a heatmap similar to the the one that exists on the PC version of orderflow+

Thanks,
Horacio
