At this time, SEPA is only available for incoming transfers.
We are currently exploring updates to our processes to allow SEPA for outgoing transfers as well and will provide updates on that as soon as feasible.

I have been checking with the NinjaTrader Brokerage support team if a Ukrainian nationals can open a live account. I have been advised that postion of the NinjaTrader Clearing LLC’s is that Ukrainian nationationals can not open a live trading account due to some regulatory limitations. When asked which regulatory act/guidance led to such a decision I have been completely ignored.
Moreover, it is rather strange to hear that there are some regulatory limitations which prohibit US-based brokerage companies to accept Ukrainian nationals, because there is a number of your competitors which do provide services to Ukrainians (e.g. Interactive Brokers, IronBeam, etc.).
Could you please clarify your position regarding this matter?

Hi Ray,
It would be nice if you could add an upgrade message and link on the new login screen.
The upgrade process has always been too far out of the way. I am always missing the notifications of new updates are available, and also they require you to close ninja, and go to the website.
It would be nice a message saying "a new version is available, do you want to install it now?" and clicking yes will will do the update for you.
(something like Interactive Brokers TWS updates)

Why can't @NinjaTrader ban spammers from their forum like Futures.IO does? It would certainly help trustworthiness as a brokerage business. Here is today's example:
Regarding spammers, we do take measures to block spam. For example, to make a post a user must be created and there is a 2-step recaptcha required to create a user account. We also have in place anti-spam filters, post volume rate limiting as well as a strict ban policy for users found guilty of spamming.
However, no system is entirely foolproof, and we are always working to improve our defenses. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to guard against misuse of the NinjaTrader Support Forum.
