With that service, you can generate a mail hook and use the function SendMail from NT8 (or Share if you want to attach an image) to send an email to the generated email address. The service (formerly named "Integromat" and now "Make") has Discord integration among others (=Telegram, Slack...) and uses a bot that you must add to your Discord server.
I have not tested it yet but looks interesting in order to send images to services like Telegraml without having to use third party .dlls.
DMail bot (https://discord.bots.gg/bots/330003632298917889) could help you as well but does not include attached images.
I've just tested it and works ok, slightly slower than Telegram solution above (<<1s reaction@TG vs around 1s@Discord).
I have used the code posted above to write an NT Share Service to send alert message to a personal telegram bot.
It is very basic for the time being, but it does the job.
