Looking for a tool to enter a buy/short market order

To all Ninjatrader aficionados,

I am looking for a tool or strategy for Ninjatrader 7/8 that would offer the possibility to enter a market order when a bar in the current timeframe closes above a specified level for a long or below a specified level for a short.

To specify the level, there ara few possibilities: For a buy, the user could right click on a bar whose high corresponds to our level of interest and select an option named 'Buy on close above this bar high' same for a short 'Sell on a close below this bar low'.

That's it. Maybe someone has already coded it. Thanks.
