IQ feed only sell Nasdaq open book data as level 2. It's incomplete. Last I checked no data vendor who supports NT can supply you with the likes of Nasdaq Total view. IB supply full order book data, however, it can't be configured with NT.
  • OpenView only displays best bid/ask (top of book) from each MMID for Nasdaq and listed stock.
  • So there could be a 100 on the best bid @ $50, and 1000 on the bid at 49.99, however, you would only see the 100

Yes correct NASDAQ open view does not populate the depth of market only the first level it is incomplete from ordering Kinetick , anyone have a possible solution to this? I dont understand why there is no depth of market for the dom with ninja trader in NASDAQ also Kinetick wont give me a refund when i trade off the dom it makes no sense.

There is no solution. Even if you had depth of market in your DOM from Kinetick, it would still be useless.

If you want to look at Nasdaq depth data, then the best retail solution is Bookmap via DX feed.

I am struggling with the same issue. It appears that none of the data providers that are compatible with NT offer Totalview. If you subscribe to Totalview at NASDAQ.com then you can see the complete order book with their Bookviewer. With Bookviewer you can also open up multiple windows to view different market symbols. Sad that no one has figured out a way of getting totalview into NT.

Here is a list of partners that provide Totalview. This is from NASDAQ.com
Ally Invest | Bloomberg Finance L.P. | Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. | Das Trader | E*TRADE Securities LLC | Eze Castle Software LLC | FactSet | Fidelity Investments | Fidessa Corporation | FlexTrade | InFront | Interactive Brokers | Morgan Stanley | Nomura Securities International Inc. | Refinitiv | Robinhood | Sterling Trading Tech | Stockstotrade.com Inc. | TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation | Tradestation | Virtu | Wolverine Execution Services

This is very disappointing. I'm also struggling with the same thing.
Rithmic for futures on NT/Bookmap works well.
But on the equities side, there's only dxfeed. Which won't work with NT (and due to a unique use case on my side, also won't work with Bookmap).

Ninjatrader DOM does not support level II data for equities/stocks trading. Moreover their licensed orderflow+ MarketDepthMap also does not support level II.
So far that i have read they complain that they haven't developed the "logic" for adding up the level II bids/ask coming from different market makers.

There are MULTIPLE feature requests(ignore list) that have been opened to "fix" this handicapped functionality.

Here are a few once that i could find :-
https://forum.ninjatrader.com/forum/ninjatrader-8/platform-technical-support-aa/1114645-orderflow-suite-functionality-with-equity-trading
https://forum.ninjatrader.com/forum/ninjatrader-8/platform-technical-support-aa/98315-trading-equities-with-the-superdom
https://forum.ninjatrader.com/forum/ninjatrader-8/platform-technical-support-aa/1063766-how-to-access-level-ii-depth-of-market-data-with-an-ib-data-feed

Ninjatrader is very good at platform support but it's a disappointment when it comes to new feature requests (especially for equity trading).
