Hello, new to this site and I apologize in advance, I do not see where or how to post and have a feeling its not supposed to be here. This is the indicator section and I am looking for an indicator for NT 7 that plots support and resistance confluence or support and resistance lines. Anyone have an indicator like that? I used to be a part of this forum years ago when it was under Big Mike. Just getting back into trading and am a little rusty. Can anyone help or point me to an indicator that I am requesting? I used to have one years ago.... lol Hope someone can assist. Thanks in advance to all you awesome traders and programmers....your worth is infinite and I mean that sincerely.

Thanks Chartman, I like the Murray math as well, I was looking for an indicator that plots the actual support and resistance lines based on chart highs and lows, and shows confluence. Anyone have an indicator like that?

I wrote the following indicator but its for Ninjatrader 8. Unlike some of the commercial crap my indicator is very fast.
The horizontal lines are the S/R and S/R from higher timeframes take precedence if there is a confluence of lines at the same point. I will be releasing this as binary when I have had time to work out how to obfuscate the code.

A quick intro first .....
The software has a few issues which I didnt get round to fixing. It uses historical data input as additional data streams but specified as number of bars back to load. The levels are generated from historical swing points. One problem is that if there is not enough data loaded then the levels may not be loaded correctly. Conversely, if too much data is loaded then there are too many levels, some which are too close together. I fixed the latter issue by specifying a minimum ATR threshold but the first problem is still there. Finally yet another issue is that the levels are only historical as at the time, I was only testing the software out to test out concepts and code needs to be added to update the levels realtime.
Now, I use equities and the amount of data available for some equities or the amount of data required to go back to generate the levels varies from equity to equity. This started becoming a headache and because of this, I basically stopped working on it quite a while ago...
If it sounds like something that might interest you considering the issues I have highlighted, I can fix any operational issues and post it but may not work as you want it in real time....
