Okay, I have been using NinjaTrader 8 for only a couple of weeks. So I am setting up a workspace based on an idea from the youtube video - Tips & Tricks to Get the Most Out of NinjaTrader 8, for viewing all Account Data in multiple windows containing specific info. So I decide to use Windows 10's multiple desktops to have more windows open - allowing my charts and order entry windows to be open on one desktop and my account tracking windows open on another desktop. Now I can switch desktops depending on if I am working with my charts/orders or working/tracking my account info.
It works really well, until I switch workspaces or when I exit NinjaTrader 8 and then restart and load my workspace.
After this all the windows of my workspace are opened on the current desktop. I have only two desktops setup in my OS. So am I missing something here? Anyone know how to correct or stop this from happening so that when I open NinjaTrader or switch workspaces all my windows will appear on the desktops where I opened and positioned them?

I've not had this particular issue but what i do, after advice i saw here on Futures.io in the NT8 indicator area, is to have a basic workspace open with all the instruments i use and their basic charts. I connect to my data feed with this one workspace open. Then i open my trading workspace which contains over 50 charts with indicators (mostly volume), let the data load up and away i go. The issue i had wasn't a blending of workspaces but a big spike in RAM usage that could crash NT8, but try this anyway and see if it helps. Also, check the new version of NT8 and the change log to see if this issue was addressed, good luck.
NinjaTrader 8 does not support Windows 10 multiple desktop feature. We strongly advise against it since you can experience unexpected side effects.

I kind of figured this was so. Trying to maximize the workspace. I have another monitor I am going to connect only need to find an usb external video adapter somewhere around here at a reasonable price.
