Hello,
with the recent news of FXCM closing its US retail operations and transferring the accounts to Gain Capital. The future does not look good for those who use Ninja Trader and Forex..

This follows Interactive Brokers closing down its retail operations as well.

Yes, there is Gain Capital, but they look terrible based on the reviews.

Doesn't NinjaTrader also have a Forex brokerage? I remember that the accounts are somehow linked together. When I signed on to NinjaTrader with FXCM, they closed my FXCM account, and transfered my money to a new account name.

No, they don't. There's some partners they have for futures and Forex (FXCM). But for Forex everything goes through FXCM. Which just closed their US operations and transferred it to Gain Capital..
