That is an excellent question.... I have given the files and instructions to NT Support over a year ago...I cannot say for sure, but I think that they have looked. The platform has become much much better over the past year. Of course if you are not pushing it like real users do, you probably do not see the issues. I agree with the points of NT denial...It can be very frustrating...I have found the support team to be very good and very responsive on most of my issues. Often it has been an indie that is jacking me around and I fix or eliminate those. When the market gets crazy, I watch my mouse response. If the mouse is lagging, I won't enter.... Often my first trade is 20-30minutes after Open. Am I missing good trades? Sometimes... Other times the market is moving so fast that I could not react anyway. When the market is in Hoover Mode and sucking up stops, I dont want to be in. It would be great if NT could work on lightening the load and make the platform faster. There is a lot of capability built in, and none of us use it all... Ninja Engineers read these posts... Perhaps if enough of us chime in, they will dedicate some more resources to this issue.
