Error: blank charts with stable connection?

Im new to this so hopefully somebody can point out an easy solution here..
I have yet to view any charts.. here's a screenshot.

No market data is displayed anywhere. Historical data looks fine, DOM is blank.

Did you try a different security or security type - like a futures contract instead of forex? Might narrow it down.
