Thanks: 14 given, 5 received

TOS latest version 10/15/16 has a price action indicator, "Marker Indicator" that fails to show 30 and 70 as OB and OS as described in the studies section of the TOS platform manual. I have recoded this and call it MarkerIndicator 30/70. This is my first indicator post.
I would like this for my ninja trader 7 if some good soul could code it? Thanks.

declare lower;

def high_diff = Max(0, high - high[1]);
def low_diff = Max(0, low[1] - low);

def high_avg = Average(high_diff, 8);
def low_avg = Average(low_diff, 8);
plot TD_I = if high_avg == 0 && low_avg == 0 then 0 else high_avg / (high_avg + low_avg) * 100;
TD_I.SetDefaultColor(GetColor(1));

input over_sold = 30;
input over_bought = 70;

def price = close + low + high;
plot OverBought = over_bought;
plot ZeroLine = 50;
plot OverSold = over_sold;

TD_I.SetDefaultColor(GetColor(9));
OverBought.SetDefaultColor(GetColor(5));
ZeroLine.SetDefaultColor(GetColor(5));
OverSold.SetDefaultColor(GetColor(5));
