HELP

NT customer support have no help at all.

NT in their infinite wisdom have no historical data for the JNM their servers.

But I have always been able to open chart and watch as the day unfolds.

Today my chart is blank while the Control Centre and the Dynamic SuperDOM are working

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Assuming NT 7

Resetting instruments de-gitches snags like this usually. It won't remove your existing instruments.

Disconnect your data feed.

Options > Data > Reset Instruments. Wait until is says complete and restart NT. Try and connect again.

Your fortunate to have the OSE N225 through your broker

NT Brokerage still don't support it on CQG Continuum.

Just to suggest as you don't post much, its best practice to be descriptive with a thread title, HELP alone is not great for obvious reasons.

No worries,

If your 100% certain it was JNM on Osaka not one of the others like NKD (CME USD dem), its down to data feed or a glitch in historical data maybe, so historical data manager, reload possibly. As you have not mentioned which data you use and broker I can't speculate further.

NT app support are always helpful in my experience. If your with a different broker then their support is more appropriate.

just to add. I was getting VIX loading with NT Brokerage though I was not subscribed (its an extra data package). It stopped loading a couple of days after I noticed it working. Clearly a back-end glitch.

AMP CQG, yeah its the JNM as I am getting data into NTs super DOM. SPI and ES are working as usual. Just no chart

Yeah they have been helpful just a bit slow at replying, might have more luck at a better time of day

Will hit up AMP to see if they can provide some assistance

AMP were great.

Somehow my session template had changed haha so I just needed to reset it
