If your 100% certain it was JNM on Osaka not one of the others like NKD (CME USD dem), its down to data feed or a glitch in historical data maybe, so historical data manager, reload possibly. As you have not mentioned which data you use and broker I can't speculate further.
NT app support are always helpful in my experience. If your with a different broker then their support is more appropriate.
just to add. I was getting VIX loading with NT Brokerage though I was not subscribed (its an extra data package). It stopped loading a couple of days after I noticed it working. Clearly a back-end glitch.
