Help Recoding Indicator

Can someone please provide me some help with recoding this indicator? I am still learning C# and have gotten myself into a pickle. The following indicator called VolumeCount is what I am looking for help on. I combined it into my strategy. It works on some futures contracts with my strategy but on others it locks up ninjatrader and causes an enormous memory spike which kills my system.

It uses the CumulativeVolumeorTick_Limit from the strategy downloads page found here @ Futures.io

This is a trivial indicator that plots the cumulative total of all Input values since the beginning of each session. Useful for plotting of ^TICK as shown above. Version 1.0 Feb 6, 2016 Generated with NT version 7.0.1000.30
