It looks like that the SQLce issue might be closer to a resolution.
Ninjatrader support gave me a version 3.5.8085 (latest 3.5 version on microsoft websie is 3.5.8080 SQLce/SP2)
I do read other issues reported on ninjatrader support forum that seem related to not having this 8085 version installed.
I just wanted to share this info, if anybody running into the same issues.
I also did some testing writing to an ATI file rather than calling the DLL (for the functions that are supported). The performance is similar and the segregation is much better.
