Could reproduce the error. As far as I'm concerned, it's definitely an authentication failure.
My other providers don't show this issue, among them also free services like e.g. live.com.

Is this an issue with Gmail / Google only? Has anyone tried with Hotmail or Yahoo?

Now that RTH are over, I can send you the screenshot for the misc tab (NT7) which definitely
has been working during the session - the now empty fields are for your personal data:

Please register on futures.io to view futures trading content such as post attachment(s), image(s), and screenshot(s).


Depending on your login (and country?), the server can also be e.g. smtp.live.com .
Also screen your live.com account options if you need any POP/IMAP/SMTP adjustments there.

And finally: Before you use the NT test button, make sure that you once accepted (OKed) the entries.

Thank you choke35. I opened a new Outlook account and tested. It works. I have now forwarded all emails to my Google account and all is in order now.

MS email account NT7 v31

I did email alerts thru outlook.com and it does not work. I am getting this message and tried variations of different MS servers. Please confirm that MS still working for alerts. Thank you.
