Ninjatrader: Historical working data UNCYNCED from original internal database
This is an annoying issue happening for quite some time and still I have not been able to solve it.
Ninjatrader Charts and Strategy Analyzer work with a historical working data that is built from the internal database. Somehow, eventually, this historical working data is altered which could be seen in charts and distorted backtest results. Basically the data presents an unreal gigantic gaps in price action besides timestamp alterations.
Since I've checked the internal database and this is ok, I've tried to "reset" the historical working data but still trying to figure out how. Of course I've asked this in Ninjatrader forum, hopefully they'll come with some suggestions.
Has anyone here seen this issue in its Ninjatrader platform?
Any thoughts or suggestion would be hihgly appreciated.

How about deleting all related historical data and downloading fresh data for the instrument(s) you want? Sometimes an error occurs in the data that can mess things up.

My broker and data provider is IB, and the snapshot data is good enough for my Algos, but unfortunately they don't provide historical tick data. I'm addressing this through manual operative, a drawback.
