Custom Bar Color - High Low Inside Outside

Looking to color code bars based on Ganns swing relations theory.

This looks at just highs and lows of bars and not of closes or opens.

(GREEN) Up bars = higher high and higher low
(RED) Down bars = lower low and lower high
(BLACK) Outside bars = higher high and lower low
(SAME COLOR AS PREVIOUS BAR) Inside bars = lower high and higher low

If anyone knows how to begin programming this inside ninja trader - Would be very greatful for a bit of guidance on how to do it. I'm great with computers but have never coded before so could figure it out quickly if I get a bit of a push first

Probably as a basis you could look at :

can anyone help me to create an indicator that color each Bar that closes above or below a prior candles total range

i attach a pic to be like the white bars in the pic

And add the logic that driver the color
