Hi folks. using ninja with kinetic I want to create/export a portfolio of the SandP500 stocks going back say 5 years. I want the portfolio/stocks to be their own creation so that I can scan that data with other programs and update said stocks/portfolio on a daily basis. I want to be able to access the portfolio exclusive of ninja. I live in an area that has extremely slow satelite internet so sometimes I can't even connect with ninja. So the easiest way for me to do all this stuff is via an external data set creation.
I am aware I can export data etc, but I want to create a bulk portfolio and then update those stocks on a daily basis without having to re-download the whole 5 years again every day.
thanks

S&P 500 constituents are not static, the components change from time to time
you can use Wharton Research Data Services to find the history of the S&P500 constituents
