Hi

I have done every step for fetching data from Esignal to Ninjatrader, But I don't know why data is not coming from esignal. I have attached the pictures for better understanding.

In Pic1 :

Here I have set all the settings, like
Instrument name : GOLD
Instrument type : Futures
Tick size : 1 because in MCX, tick size is 1 for Gold.
Currency : IndianRupee
and in Exchange tab there is no MCX exchange is available, So that I have selected Default.

In Pic2 :
In the Misc tab, I have mentioned the symbol GOLD Z5-MCX in front of ESignal for mapping.

In Pic3 :
And I have also checked in esignal Symbol Manager by putting the symbol GOLD Z5-MCX , It is showing the data properly.

Please help me for resolving this problem...

Thanks
Elite Trader.

Hi, have you created the account connection in NT and connected to eSignal?

I can just see the bottom of the Ninja Control panel in Pic 1 and there is no green strip showing that you were not connected at the time.

Also just check that you can see data moving in an eSignal layout chart to make sure there is no problem with subscription and exchange settings on the account (does look ok in the DM though I can see)

Cheers

Elite Trader.

your mapping must be GOLD|MCX
for USDINR you need MCX-SX Currency futures and symbol mapping is USDINR|MSX but the data is filtered more than 60% of tick is missing. Good quailty data for USDINR futures thats biiig problem only Esignal in the moment but not this data what they have from MCX-SX
