NT support figured it out....all I had to do was boot up references....and somehow it fixed itself.

can you share with the community, what that exactly means and how you did that ?

i'm not an idiot, but i don't know how to do that

Basically was dead easy, once I was in Editor...I right clicked and brought up References....once that came up...all I did was click OK...and it fixed it.
