Can someone clarify this (im a newbie)- if i go live with NinjaTrader (Lease License ) do i get free market data feed from them or would i need to subscribe to someone like kinetick to get the market data into Ninjatrader.
Ive been looking at Multicharts .net 9.1 v Ninjatrader and Multicharts claim all datafeed into their platform is free.
I trade only the Emini on a 5 min or 6500 volume chart
Therefore with NT you pay for software and you pay for the market data feed compared to Multichart is totally free.
Thanks
Vic
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
emini data belongs to CME, this is CME fee, no exception. If a broker says it's free then that broker will pay the fee for you. With this knowledge ask any broker do they want to pay the fee for you when you try to decide which is the best for you.
Thanks for this = however going to back to my original question does leasing or purchasing the license of ninjatrder and using them as my broker give me the market data feed in the price or do I still have to go elsewhere to subscribe to it?
You can use the direct edition for free, or any of the other paid licenses. If you use them as your broker you get continuum data for $5 per... whatever they're called, or $15 for all 4 of them. The FCM deducts the data fees from your account on the 1st of the month.
