I'm re-evaluating Ninjatrader for purchase. I read on another thread that NT will be integrating Cloud Services. I'm not sure what this means. If I purchase NT, will the program eventually be a "CLOUD-ONLY" web-based program? That will be a deal-killer for me.

That sounds more like speculation. The NT program architecture just got upgraded after so many years. Cloud based means they re-write it again in HTML5 like Xtrader.
Or, you may be confusing it with the NT "mobile" which may or may not be offered free to licensed NT users.
