Shading Horizontal Areas with Negative Values

Anyone know of an indicator for NT 7 that will let you create horizontal colored zones similar to ColorZone 2 & 3 but will work with negative values.
I don't need to color an area on a price chart, but would like to use it to highlight certain negative and positive zones on charts of the ADD and NYSE Tick which range to either side of Zero.
I'd use simple rectangle drawings if they progressed timewise.

Thanks for any ideas
