Do you keep changing the background colors of your charts?
I keep changing my charts background colors from time to time, I mostly change from Black to White and sometimes light yellow (egg shell)... I want to stop the madness... anyone here has the same issue?
Boredom is a big problem I think for many traders. But boredom is better than over trading.

Need help? 1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first. 2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses. 3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make. 4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance. 5) Where to start as a trader? I have two basic template versions: Silver with Chart Trader and Sky Blue with Strategies. I've never been able to get a black background the way I like it. Sometimes the Tradestation screens in black look very good, maybe it's the other things that I would need to set with grid colors, labels, etc. that I've not spend enough time with.
