Question: I have code on an algo I had designed that is in my possession, the code has a script in it that does not allow another machine other then the ones the programmer "says" the code can operate on it. I need to figure out how to remove that script, I am not a programmer and need some help. This is my code, I own it and when the programmer released the code to he decided not to remove the script and refuses to do so.

If you have the source code and search for the MachineID string, and remove the code which is checking it.
