Delta Increment Based Volume Ladder Bars

Is there NT indicator allowing for painting Volume ladder bars which correspond to defined +- value of delta. For example: as long as the value of delta from the end of the last bar does not increase by 500 or decrease by 500 the bar does not advance to the next. I have tried custom bars Gom Delta and Delta Bars together with Volume Ladder Metro Edition, but do not get consistent bars.
