I was wondering if someone could direct me to a download or a way to custom make a chart in Ninja Trader. What I would like to do is chart a custom value of a spread between two products after plugging them into a formula. Like (A/B)*X. Then have this value plot on charts to make each a 5, 15 and 30 minute interval.
New to Big Mikes, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Greg

You may use 'Spreads' indicator for NT8. ES and ZB are inversely correlated, so whats rationale of spreading it....TradngView or esignal can chart any spread just by typing in the top instrument name window and it charts the spread. NT does not yet have that feature.
The NinjaTrader ecosystem website has a free "Spread" indicator for both NT7 and NT8.
Another way to do it through code is to create a new Bar Type (derived from the BarsType class). It's a bit cumbersome, but NT8 does make matters easier for such things.
I am trying to plot the value of the spread as an indicator (i.e. Price 1 * Pt Value 1 - Price 2 * Pt Value 2). I thought that is what the Spread indicator on the Ninja Ecosystem site did, but apparently not because it generates values that are much too high.
Is anyone familiar with an indicator that would do this?
