It looks like Ninjatrader makes use of Modulus StockChart components. What was the primary reason for going with Modulus vs Scichart?

Thanks.

NinjaTrader does not use any 3rd party charting library.

My mistake. It is probably just similar fonts and controls in your typical Windows library.

Will NT8 have the ability to plot user defined indexes? Meaning the user choose symbols and NT8 would plot an idex based on those symbols? My use would be to combine the pairs in FOREX that comprise the USD and plot an index that represents the USD.

If you can't make a spread, you can't make an index.

Thanks Ray.

I only hope you could reconsider and look into adding this. It would be invaluable to FOREX traders and stock traders as well. If not the first release, maybe later?

At best, they can have an Embedded RTD server in the program with order handling and we can do what we have to in Excel.

RTD Server is a simple MS Interop and is included in .Net very easy to put together in C#. I have a few RTD and DDE in NT7. Build it as a indicator and add it to your market analyzer. I try to put one together in NT8.
