I've always used Ninjatrader to place bracket trades with IB, but I want to start using IB's BookTrader to place orders, then monitor and change bracket orders using Chart trader and SuperDom in NT.
Been playing around with this on my IB paper account, but while the trade shows up in NT, bracket stop and limit orders placed in BookTrader don't, and similarly bracket orders placed in NT don't show up in BookTrader.
Is this normal, or is there a way around it?
