NT SUPPORT


I've been with Ninja Trader since day one. Two or three years ago Their support function
was beyond pathetic. They answered requests when they wanted and if they couldn't
immediately solve the problem they ignored you. I would see post after post here on Big Mike's
bitching about Ninja Trader support.

In the last year the couple of times I have needed their help they have been quick to answer
(also on weekends) with complete step by step instructions even to the point of attaching
videos to their emails. A complete turnaround.

I've always believed when I notice someone cleaning up their act and trying to do the right thing
I should give them their propers. So, NT consider yourself noticed....at least by me.

Before you wiseguys pile in accusing me of being on the NT payroll save your typing fingers.
I've paid my $180 per quarter for the past 6 years just like everybody else.

I've personally found the support from this vendor ok and timely for simpler issues. However on more in depth issues futures.io (formerly BMT) is the best way to go for my queries, lots of hands-on experienced clients here. However I'm only a member of both forums for the last few months.

I tested this by dropping my queries to both futures.io (formerly BMT) and the official NT forum and seeing how timely are the replies and also feedback quality.

Might I suggest you buy a lifetime license ASAP and stop paying quarterly...

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
