Range Rider Indicator

Hi There - does anyone have an indicator similar to Larry Williams' Range Rider indicator? The formula is:

TODAY'S TRUE RANGE / AVERAGE TRUE RANGE OF PRIOR x NUMBER OF DAYS (eg 21)

(True Range of Globex hrs)
