Big problem last few days. I've had two orders get stuck pending submission submitted via my strat. Problems is later get a fill but the order stays pending submission in NT like it never filled. I go over to my positions window and there is a live order with no stop or target or any indication there was even a fill. So I am sitting with live order no stop. Horrible.
Anyone else have same Problem?

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I had this problem too with NT, Trades were sitting on the Dom Live but would not trigger and I did another order and had 2 orders sitting on the Dom but wouldn’t trigger even when price went thru it, I cancelled all orders and it didn’t touch it, I had to call NT and then my broker and there was no order on my account but it was still on the Dom with Live trades, it took about an hour to get that order off the Dom.
Then later that day I place an order on the Dom for NQ and I exit on the Dom with a profit, everything good, so I went to the es for trading, about 15 min later I went to look at the NQ chart and I see the chart still has the trade on it, but it was cancelled on Dom, I cancelled the order on the chart for loss, then I called NT on how to go back to older version of NT 7.0.1000.15 Live and now I don’t have that problem anymore, I will NEVER upgrade NT unless I’m force too.
So I would check to see what version you have. Anything above .15 I had nothing but problems

Today while manually trading and using the ChartTrader ATM, I ran into this PendingSubmit problem. It happened on the chart right after the order closed with a profit. The stop order cancelled correctly, but then it left the PendingSubmit order on screen. Clicking Close on ChartTrader and Cancel All Orders on the Orders tab didn't resolve the issue. Emailed NinjaTrader and they called back quickly. The fix was to rebuild the database and restart NinjaTrader. To be safe, I also called Rithmic to make sure they won't seeing any incorrect orders on their end, which they weren't.
NT R22 which was just released is supposed to fix this problem. Just fyi for any who had it.

I have version 22 and it happened to me on the live version..

@SodyTexas I have not had this problem since v22. Are you using Rithmic?
