I wanted to know if this is a known issue with ninjatrader using IB Gateway connectivity that it would not load weekly and mothly charts. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Hi Luvs,

I've never heard of that issue. Just an FYI Ninja and Kinetick are the same company. IMO it's makes sense to stick with a company that designs their data for the platform. I would give them a try for your data. Also, IB's data is more expensive than Kinetick. Happy Trading!

I am only trading forex so I only use IB data feed which I am aware that it isn't a tick-by-tick data feed. My daily and minute charts are ok but the high time frame weekly, monthly and yearly are noT showing up correctly. Thanks

It could be possible you are simply running into the notorious IB historical data feed restrictions.

Really IB is not a feed you should use for data. They have lots of restrictions on how fast/how much can be downloaded, and also send snapshot filtered data.
