So my settings are set to cancel entry orders but not cancelled exit orders. So had an entry order but my IB connection was lost temporarily, so the order was cancelled and the positioned closed. It would be a hassle to enable the strategy again if im away.

How can I turn them both off yet still stay in the trade in the correct sequence? I don't want to be reconnected, have that position still not closed and have a new order coming in overlapping it. So i'd have the old position and new after reconnecting. I dont want to miss the next trade and mess the sequence of trading up. Does this happen? How can this be fixed?
