Market analyzer not working

Hello,

Can some one help me with this problem:
Market analyzer not working - NinjaTrader Support Forum

My market analyzer has stopped working, everything that I put on it will appear in blank!
The response to this problem form NT was:
Hello Joćo,

Thank you for sending the files.

I notice you have version 7.0.1000.17. This means you received new login credentials from Mirus Futures. Unfortunately this new connection does not include data such as DailyVolume and DailyHigh/DailyLow.

I assume you were using the old login credentials and 7.0.1000.16 when you did receive data.

Are you using BigTick as opposed to Zen Fire? Contact Mirus Futures and ask them. That is my only guess, but it does surprise me the data is missing. I wonder if the data was calculated by NinjaTrader, and NT is the ones not calculating it for the new data feed.

1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.

The missing Daily values are not currently provided in the R17 Zen-Fire update. They will be available on the R18 update available within the next few weeks.

Just did the update too version 18 and the daily values are still not available. Too see the values I had too ad a column as an indicator and then apply minutes and 1440 so I can see the daily volume. I do not know if this value would be the same as selecting the normal DailyVolume column?

Is there something wrong with the Volume from the contract months? I have almost the same amount of contracts for the cl 2-14 and 3-14? almost 30k.

There is something wrong with the volume! If I open a cl 3-14 contract with volume indicator on it it will take the volume from the current 2-14 cl contract and then it will begin to count the volume from 3-14. So basically adding on too the volume from 2-14!

What is wrong?

This is NT's version 16 daily volume about 1:16pm EST.
