What is the feasibility of adding "S&P 500 Bullish Percent Index (BPSPX)" (https://stockcharts.com:443/freecharts/gallery.html?$bpspx) as an instrument (or indicator) in ninjatrader?

My preference on the implementation (in order) would be:
1) Find a data provider that integrates with ninja that provides this (easiest! but I can't find any)
2) Develop a custom indicator from scratch (ie: aggregate all S&P 500 as separate data series, then do P&F on each one (seems a bit tricky, especially historically since the set of stocks in the S&P continually changes. Maybe another implementation already exists somewhere)?
3) Develop a custom data provider for stockcharts.com which is the only place I've found that has BP* indicators (not sure this is possible with Ninja)

(I can't even import historical data for BPSPX (from stockcharts.com) since the instrument manager insists on having a "symbol map" to map the imported set to a real instrument in the data feed).

If people in NT don't use it, how do they integrate with custom instruments?

(BPSPX seems to be an example of something that you could think or as either an "instrument" or an "indicator". It's available as an "instrument" (eg: from stockcharts.com) but not in any way that can be integrated with NT (that I can see). It could also be thought of as an "indicator" but it's hard to build as such because 1) the member of S&P is continually changing and 2) it would have to aggregate 500 other instruments inside the indicator, do invisible P&F against each, then aggregate the results - I haven't seen anything of this magnitude done with NT before).

Therefore, the question remains and is more general: How do NT people make integrate with custom instruments like this?
