I have a big problem for three days now. I can no longer download historical data of each time frame of any future contract .
Yet the platform normally connects to CQG and receives data in real time.
I tried reinstalling, deleting the contents of the folder c: documents, but I did not get any results.
Even the media is not able to solve the problem by replacing the Config file.
Do you have any other ideas?
I rely on your expertise and experience, I use NT7 by only three months.
I am attaching a screen with the main window where you can see the connection to CQG, and a chart of 6E inexorably empty ..
Thanks for any help
