Hi,

using iMarketProfil in NinjaTrader, iam looking for a setup to get the datas from yesterday and the day before yesterday into the market analyzer.

I only get "o,oo" for POC and #checklog# for VA-High and Low etc.

Anybody can offer an solution for this?
At the end i want to check whether the actual price is above or below the mentioned levels from yesterday and the day before. I want to use a Filter and Highlight these stocks that match this criteria.

Thanks in advance

Thomas

@Twingo445,

you might want to look at @gomi profiling toolkit. everything you mentioned should be possible to do. here's the thread and the indicators:

@Twingo445,

sure.

here's the indicator. important is "profile list": change the 1's to 2 when you need values from 2 days ago.

here's market analyzer. important is to load enough days, especially for values 2 days ago. also only the first plot will be displayed. you'll need to rearrange them to show up in the analyzer.

@Silvester17

That works great!!! Thanks

One more thing ...

Is it only working with Futures? If i use it for a stock, there are no lines, nothing. Switching back to a future contract
all is back in the right position.

Best

@Twingo445,

yes, it's a pretty amazing tool. thanks goes to @gomi.

I don't trade stocks with nt7, but I believe it should work as well. one problem could be that you don't have "tick" data for that instrument. when using "ninja tick file", you need tick data and not minute data. I would open a "tick" based chart (tick, range, volume etc) for that instrument and try again. to make sure, I would load at least 10 days.

good luck.

@Silvester17

Mmmmmhhhhh ... it doesnt work.

Iam connected to IB for the realtime prices and connected to Kinetick for the historical datas.

Any idea how we can bring this to work for stocks as well?

At the moment i not really understand why it is working for futures but not for stocks.

At the end it should be the same data stream with bids and asks and volume for the whole day. So why it will not calculate
the stuff?

Best

@Twingo445,

there must be a simple explanation why it's not working. since I'm not using ib and not trading stocks with nt, I can't figure it out.

sorry for not being able to help.
