Having CL NT rollover issues. T&S feed seem fine, but charts lock up, then I go back to past month, then back to rollover month the past data is incorrect. Rebooting historical data doesn't help.
I have CQG feed.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

yes, the price action on the chart did not update until i swithced data series/session template to 24/7,and then (in my case)rth.As soon as i switched to 24/7,pa reset...dont ask me..like using duck tape..whateva works

Problem solved. Found the answer in the NT support forum:
When rolling over to a new contract date before the defined date in NinjaTrader you will need to adjust the rollover date. The data for GC 12-12 within NinjaTrader(version 7.0.1000.10 and earlier) is set for 09/28/2012, you will need to change this to a different date:
To do this go to Tools > Instrument Manager...
Select the GC from the Available Master Instrument List
Select Edit
Select the Misc tab
Scroll to the bottom and select Contract Months
Press the "..." Button
For the 12-12 contract change the Rollover Date to a past date such as 7/30/2012
Press OK in the Contract Months, Instrument Editor, and Instrument Manager
You may need to right mouse click on the chart background > Reload all historical data after performing the steps above.

The CL 01-13 expiry is setup by default to rollover on 11/21/2012. This contract no longer trades and therefor we need to roll over before this date which means that we would need to manually adjust the rollover date in NinjaTrader so that our Historical Chart Data is correctly merged.
Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Highlight the CL in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit.
Subsequently select the Misc-tab and scroll to the bottom. Select the 'Contract months' row and click the '...' button that appears.
Select the 01-13 expiry month and you will see the rollover date listed. You can change the rollover date for the 03-13 contract to yesterday (November 15th) to allow NinjaTrader to merge these contracts correctly. Once this is changed you will need to reload historical data in your charts to apply the change via a right click -> reload historical data on your charts.
This roll over date will be corrected in the next release of NinjaTrader
Brett from NT support has confirmed this issue ONLY exists if your MERGE contracts, if, like me, you don't merge then you should not have had an issue (I had no issues).
PS: I think some of Brett's dates in his post are wrong - I think he should be referring to the December contract.
