External orders not showing up

I trade from two different computers(home and work), and for some reason external orders only appear in my work computer. The trades I execute on my home computer appear in the log of my work computer, but not vice versa. I am trying to keep a journal on Trader Vue, but I can't access all the orders. Any help would be appreciated.
