Wanted: Simple Volume alert with sound only

I´ve just installed this. It works great but it is alerting on the beginning of every new bar because each new bar starts volume from zero (which is always below the lower threshold).

I´m not sure how the lower threshold would work otherwise?

Anyone give feedback on this?

on close,probably.at least should be that way...

this version has options for coloring background and sound alerts. did not test it.

Care to add a text alert to the volume condition, when the line is touched?Particularly,the text should contain,exactly which volume is in progress when the line is touched - buying or selling.May be in a text form or in an e-mail form alert.

That would be nice. Special if there can be some control integrated with RSI 5 and percent 80, 20 in calculation. of course these value is variable. :)

It gives your request a lot of visibility .... granted two out of the three responses you received here are from 2 of the best guys on nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) ... ok..so I'll just have to try harder...

the problem with all requests being in a single thread is that the responses for different requests get all jumbled together. I think it would work better for each request to be its own thread in a separate forum like this one.

How about adding two alerts, the one for the high threshold which does NOT wait for bar close and the second one for the low threshold only after bar close.

Can it be done in a way,that it would alert only,when a particular number of contracts(lots) is established on the bar close.Let`s say ''123',for e.g.Not 122 or 124,but 123,precisely?

Can anyone write the code that way?

this should have what you're looking for. it also has an option to color the background. if not needed just set it to false.

I didn't read that right. sorry about that.

the following version (V2) doesn't show the vol bars. it still has the option for the background, but can also be disabled.

Hi Silvester,could you please create the email boxes for the code`s menu ?So they would be accessable via code`s parameters?As it is with the sound alert options?

Indeed great indicator. Could you revise it so it would update volume by ticks and not on bar close? When the sound alarm goes off I just doesn't know which chart it was, since the volume bar doesn't show it till the (2)minute bar is complete.

if you mean the background color option, then no.

so if you want the background, you can use my version. for sound and email alert I would use the line alert indicator. and if you need both, then you could apply both indicators.

at the moment I don't have time for any changes/modifications.
