VS2010 Conditional Breakpoints not working?

Iím wondering if someone with some solid VS 2010 experience could please help?

Iím trying to use VS 2010 conditional breakpoints. However, the breakpoint is breaking every step and the conditional doesnít appear to be kicking in.

Iíve got a strategy here Iím trying to close out all positions prior to the close of NY trading (~ 21:00 Friday London time).

I want to inspect some variables when it is Friday and 21:00 therefore, I set the conditional breakpoint in VS as follows:

(quote.DateTime.DayOfWeek == DayOfWeek.Friday) && (quote.DateTime.Hour == endtime)

This breakpoints fires every time. Any suggestions?

Iíve checked this site here and I think Iím following the instructions correctly: Welcome to Windows Live ... g0021.aspx

The code I'm trying to inspect is here:
