@panjm:
Thanks for your help.
If possible can you explain how to interpret the signals of PBF Squeeze & counter trend indicator?
Thanking you
Raj1

I don't know.
Why don't you googled "paintbarfactory" and see the vendor's explanation.

@FatTails:
Thanks for your quick reply.
I was looking for long and short entry alerts in market analyser after or during squeeze dot formation.
Thanking you
Ragards,

Raj1

Then you will probably need to modify the indicator before accessing it via the market analyzer.

1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.

I'm still using RSqueeze with calc at close=true. Wondered if anyone ever worked out a sound alert for RSqueeze? It is frustrating to be distracted by something for a moment and miss. In my setup it's when the yellow dots appear. Would like to have a gentle pleasant sound (chime?) play until the dots turn blue. BTW the chart is of GC with RJay's RenkoSpectrum bars

Hi

Can this be used with the Market Analyzer in Ninja, if so what are the settings for the alerts to indicate that the squeeze is on?

Many thanks in advance

Sy

Just as good?

Would it be just as good to plot average true range (ATR) in s sub panel, monitor for a relative minimum in ATR,
and monitor an oscillator or momentum indicator at the same time and get as good results as the
"Squeeze Indicator " ?

ATR has a lag built into it, so when the squeeze breakout triggers, the ATR response will be delayed by a number of bars.

Easiest way to do this is use the Bollinger Band indicator itself and look for the band's to narrow and go flat, followed by a fresh band breakout event and subsequent range expansion.

Probably true. This was just a random thought on my part.
