a glitch seems to happen to me on the yen each Friday. See the Bid/Ask values on the chart trader and mismatching DOM. Has anybody encountered anything like this before? Ninja support ignored my message.
Many thanks,
Daniel
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I do not think that this is related to Fridays. Just delete your DOM and create a new one. Something weird that can neither be tested nor commented on.
That happens when the Computer is overloaded with many realtime NT indicators and charting with long history plus fast market with unfiltered feed.
Maybe restart of Ninjatrader works out. I had this also several times after temporary overload freezes, sometimes i also canīt even use the DOM for order entries or it lags after that.
I see that you have posted on our support forum and we have already provided guidance for you to downgrade to the officially supported IQFeed client in hopes that this is the cause of your issue. The perceived ignored message is likely one of two issues:
A) We did not receive it
B) We received it, replied and the response was likely blocked by a spamfilter either at your ISP or on your local PC
You could check your junk folder to see if there was any mail traffic from us including a response with ticket #. I would also ask you to ensure that ninjatrader.com is an accepted domain from which you can receive emails from.
yes indeed, for some weird reason it ended up in the wrong folder even though it normaly does not. So my apologies. Having scaled back to the older IQFeed client the discussed behavior did not show up yet.
