How to have Ninja plot on a background image

I am wondering if there is a way to show a background image behind a Ninja chart so that Ninjatrader plots on top of the image.

I have built a simulated example with Paint and the transparent color feature.

Here is the background image:

Here is a five min ES chart from Ninja:

What I am trying to achieve is to be able to see Ninja draw the bars on the background image.
At the beginning of the day 8:30CT, the chart would have no Ninja drawn price bars, and the background image would extent out to 15:15.

In this example the timeframe of the background image is not the same as the Ninja chart nor is the high to low. ( I stretched it to match the width I needed 8:30 to 15:15 and stretched the height to approximate the anticipated RTH range).

If Ninja can't do this (plot on a background image), can one build a data series move the timestamps forward so the end of them is 15:15 and have Ninja plot this?

That is can Ninja plot an externally created data series for times that have not yet happened?
