I, like most, try to avoid choppy markets and any indicators that help me avoid them are helpful.
Using non-time based based charts I thought it would be helpful to time each bar and how long it takes to complete (since I see slow market as another indication of choppy market along with price of course).
Is there an indicator that times each bar on a non-time based chart and then labels each bar with a small amount of time (either under the bar or near it) for NT7?
It would also be helpful if this indicator labeled on each bar to refer back to continuously.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
The indicator works for any bar type (Tick, Volume, Renko, etc.) other than minute bars. The indicator is designed for bar sizes that will complete on an average of 1 minute or less for fast markets. You need to adjust the bar size until you get a majority of colored histogram during the normal day market hours. At slow markets during the night you will see a lot of black histograms when market is in coma.
Regarding the error "C:\Cfyjkx_E.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read" you get, this is not related to this indicator, you simply are missing a file in your C: drive that you program is looking for. You are the only one with this error, as far as I know.
Aligator, for some odd reason I can't download it. I looked up the error on the Internet and it said something about a problem with Firefox so I tried Explorer and Chrome but with no luck. Is the format unique? Can you email it to me?
This is the first time I've had this problem as I am on a standard Win7 system using NT7.
