The script I have crashes on a regular basis causing huge overfill and error in Ninja trader. The other error is that it closes position right after it has been open. Those two are because he had make a mistake somewhere in his code, but we do not have such an agreement! He has to fix it! It is in his obligation!
My strategy is a sophisticated version of ATM strategy. ATM strategy never have had any single error and it had make my living for 1 year, than I switched to Rithmic because brackets are the same, but free. I told the programmer before starting the project, that the script has to have the same reliability, but it doesn't! Since he gave me a money back guarantee, the choices are only two: two give me back my money or to fix the script.
But now you are screwing up the story, trying to tell us, that my strategy doesnt met my epectations. Please stop spamming my thread and screwing up the facts..
Tyle Moore didn´t gave me what we had agreed, this the undisputed TRUTH and he has to be punished somehow, or at least to to exist in that certified consultants list!

our customers call us and consult with us before they give the job to a 3rd party of any kind.
We naturally have a small # of people we work with and depending on the scope of the project, budget, etc we recommend one on an objective basis and we never get compensated for it. We typically put the proposal for the client and ask for the quote before the customer even contacts our recommend programmer.
This has worked well for all, because the programmer now knows if he mishandles my customer, it would be the last time I sent a customer. This has worked well.
As for Tyler: We did a project with him a long time ago. He did not do exactly what we wanted initially but offered a number of times to rectify it. I even offered to meet us when we initially spoke.
So to call him a "scammer" and "he needs to be "punished" is a little harsh for me.
I also know a few educators/system developers who used Tyler and were satisfied.
As a side note, many times programmers get criticized because they have returned a strategy that is not profitable, and/or did not do exactly as anticipated. Please remember that many programmers are not traders and their knowledge is theoretical. They only seek to put "ideas" into "codes"
Out of courtesy to the person who have started this thread, I will reach out to Tyler to try and resolve this.
I only hope it will go ok from there.

When you made an agreement, it's entirely plausible that you were agreeing about 2 different things.
Fact is, it's entirely possible that your understanding and his understanding of 'working' are different. Hard for me to say because I haven't seen the specs or the results.
Why not post it all up here & we'll help you out? Plenty of coders giving out free advice on here.
The chance of him helping you after publicly denouncing him are zero.
So - what now? beat this dead horse or move forward & get your strategy working?
I have mentioned a it before, this is NOT the case!!!! The problem is that the strategy make 2 kind of errors which have to be fixed, but he refuses to do that!!!!
@rusko, what type of errors are you having ? Maybe we can help you out. I have written strategies that mimicked the Ninjatrader ATM and never had problems, ( certainly not crashes )
Dionysus, a guy from this forum already offered me help and we are going to try to fix one part of it which I will use. The other part fixed or unfxied, I am not confident to use it since I saw what happens when it crashes. If such an overfill happens when I trade live, it means immedeate financial death!
So, Ninja Trader do not deserve my money and my choice is to spend no more than a few hundred dollars and develope an add-on for rithmic trader and this it. Why I have to spend 2k on a strategy(this is Mark Whitmark quote) and 1k on Ninja trader ? It just doesn´t make sense .. Rithmic will just do the job and that´s it!

Well, many people have to know the TRUTH about The Ninja Trader Certified consultants and the poor support we get from Ninja Trader, when we have problems with developers!
OK, enough. We get it. You can take it up with PayPal, the vendor, and NinjaTrader. You've made your "review" of the situation and have received advice from members.
Do not keep bashing and bashing for the sake of bashing.
Next time you might try doing more research or try diplomacy before burning all your bridges, if it is important to you that something be resolved.
