What methods are available to get orders FROM NT? I see the 'outgoing' folder gets populated ( and the various log files ) but is there a more direct or faster method? Can it be done via NTDirect.dll ?

Use a FIX connection to your own order handling server FInished. NinjaTrader things it sends the order to a TT server and you process and foward them. Requires real programming, though, not just a litttle scripting.
